€” Check your tracker Look at applications submitted 7 or more days ago with no response.

€” Find the right contact on LinkedIn Search for the recruiter or hiring manager for the role. If you cannot find them try the HR department or a relevant department head.

€” Send a brief follow-up Template: "Hi [Name], I wanted to follow up on my application for the [Job Title] role I submitted on [date]. I am genuinely excited about this opportunity and what [Company] is building in [area]. Please let me know if you need anything additional from my end. Thank you for your time."

€” Log the follow-up in your tracker Note the date and who you contacted. If no response after another week move on.
