Building stage: Getting some responses and early conversations. Focus on converting these into interviews. Active stage: Have interviews scheduled or completed. Focus on preparation and follow-up.

Adjust your Week 4 priorities based on where you are If you are in the early stage increase your networking and outreach volume in Week 4. If you are in the building stage prioritize interview preparation above all else in Week 4. If you are in the active stage Week 4 becomes about managing multiple processes simultaneously and preparing for offers.
