Q: What does a subscription to Rising Careers include for displaced employees?
A: Your displaced team members will receive access to:

  • Resume and cover letter templates

  • Interview preparation guides

  • Weekly job search tips and job market insights

  • Downloadable PDFs and career tools

  • A self-guided portal they can use on their own schedule


Q: Can I choose which plan to offer my departing employees?
A: Yes. You can select the level of access based on the number of resources you’d like your impacted employees to receive. Each plan is built to provide practical support at an affordable rate for your business.


Q: Is this a one-time cost or a monthly subscription?
A: Rising Careers is a per person per month cost, you can select to pay monthly or up front


Q: How do employees access the platform?
A: After a contract is signed, you’ll receive instructions and a link with a unique code to share with your impacted employees. They can then register and start using the tools right away, no setup required on your end


Q: How long do employees have access to the portal?
A: That’s up to you. Most employers offer access for 30–90 days as part of their severance support, but we can work with your team to set a custom duration


Billing & Account Questions

Q: Can I cancel or pause my subscription?
A: No. As a former employer you will not have access to the active users


Q: Do you offer refunds?
A: We do not offer refunds and terms are laid out in the contract prior to both parties signing in agreement


Q: Can I add more users later?
A: Yes. If the terms of your contract allow for it, otherwise a new contract will have to be signed


Platform Support & Resources

Q: Is this platform personalized or self-guided?
A: Rising Careers is fully self-guided. While there’s no live coaching, our platform offers structured templates, practical resources, and job-search guidance that employees can follow independently


Q: Will my company’s branding appear on the platform?
A: Currently, Rising Careers is a branded platform. If you are interested in co-branded options or higher volume access, please reach out to discuss customization


Q: Is new content added regularly?
A: Yes! We publish new tips, templates, and job search insights weekly to keep resources up to date and relevant
