Strengthen the bridge The most important thing your resume does as a career changer is make your transferable value immediately obvious. If that connection is not clear in the first 10 seconds of reading it needs to be strengthened.
Review your cover letter template Is your bridge paragraph as specific and compelling as it can be? Does your "why" paragraph sound genuine and convinced? Make any improvements based on what you have learned over the past 3 weeks.
