Reach Out to 3 Recruiters
Recruiters are paid to place candidates in roles. A good recruiter who knows your background and is actively working on relevant roles can be one of the fastest paths to an interview. Reaching out proactively puts you on their radar before a role even gets posted publicly.

Step by Step
Find recruiters who specialize in your field Search LinkedIn for "[your industry] recruiter" or "[your job title] recruiter [your city]." Look for people with titles like Talent Acquisition Specialist, Technical Recruiter, Senior Recruiter, or Headhunter.
Check their recent activity Look at what roles they have recently posted or shared. If they are posting roles similar to what you want they are worth reaching out to.
Send a brief introduction message
Template: "Hi [Name], I came across your profile and noticed you work with companies in [industry]. I am a [your title] with [X years] of experience in [key area] and am currently exploring new opportunities. I would love to be on your radar if anything relevant comes up. Happy to share my resume or hop on a quick call at your convenience."
Follow up once if no response after 2 weeks Recruiters are busy. One follow-up is acceptable. More than that is not.
Tips for success
Connect with at least 5-10 recruiters over the course of your job search. More relationships mean more leads.
Be responsive when recruiters reach out. Even if a specific role is not right for you stay warm and professional. They may have something better suited next week.
Do not work exclusively through recruiters. They are one channel among many.
