WHY THIS MATTERS

Growth comes from honest reflection. Identifying what did not work this week — and deciding specifically how to do it differently — is what separates people who improve from people who stay stuck.

ACTION PLAN

Complete these steps

1
Step 1

Write down 1-2 things that felt hard or didn't go well Examples: "I procrastinated on networking outreach," "I spent too long on each application," "I ran out of energy by Day 5."

2
Step 2

Identify the specific reason Why did it feel hard? Was it time? Confidence? Clarity? Resources?

3
Step 3

Write one specific change you will make next week Be concrete: "I will do my networking messages first thing in the morning before I check email" or "I will set a 15 minute timer for each task so I don't over-think it."
