Update Your LinkedIn Headline
Your LinkedIn headline is the first thing recruiters and hiring managers see. It appears in search results, next to your name in messages, and when you comment on posts. Most people just put their job title which makes them invisible in search. A strong headline tells people exactly who you are, what you do, and the value you bring in under 220 characters.
